The company has grown exponentially over the last years, broadening and deepening its client base, as well as amassing a wealth of invaluable operational experience.

Approach
Conducted an in depth as-is analysis of current processes and consulted the client on best-practice solutions available. Drew on existing industry experience and our extensive knowledge of the Claris platform and experience in optimizing business processes.
Solution
Through the review of the SOPs and interviews with key stakeholders, we identified business process improvement and automation opportunities. We then implemented a custom Claris FileMaker solution providing centralized operational management and automated KPI generation.
Result
Significant reduction in manual processes, real-time situational awareness of all operational parameters, new digital channels of communication with customers & suppliers, real-time data reporting of available assets.
